Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Vaerse's games and this website handle. The short version: the Club games do not collect your data; the Village games include non-personalized ads and purchases, explained below.

Who we are

The controller is Vaerse LLC, 4300 Ridgecrest Dr SE, Ste L #199, Rio Rancho, NM 87124, United States. You can write to us at soporte@vaerse.com.

Club versions (1.x)

Versions 1.x of Club de Mus, Club de Continental, Club de Chinchón and Club de Tute do not ask for an account, name, email or any other personal data, include no ads, analytics or third-party tools, and connect to no server. Your progress is stored only on your device. From version 2.0, these four games become Village games and follow the next section.

Village games

The Village games (Euchre Village, Solitario Village, Parchís Village and, from their version 2.0, Club de Mus, Club de Chinchón, Club de Tute and Club de Continental; the rest of the line will follow the same rules) are free and do not ask for an account, email or phone number. They have no text chat; online play, where available, is explained in its own section. Unlike the Club games, they include:

  • Ads, always non-personalized. A small banner and, when you change tables, an occasional full-screen ad; there is also an optional video you can watch to earn wheat. They are served by Google AdMob. Because we cannot know a player's age, we show every player only non-personalized ads with family-appropriate content: we tell Google to treat every request as coming from a user under the age of consent, so your advertising identifier is not used to build a profile or to track you across apps, and we do not ask for Apple's tracking permission. To show the ad, measure it and prevent fraud, Google still processes technical data: your IP address (used to estimate your country or region), device model, operating system and language, a device identifier, your interactions with ads, and crash and performance data. Where the law requires it (European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland), Google's consent form appears first. The "No ads" pack removes the banner and the full-screen ads.
  • In-app purchases. Wheat sacks and the "No ads" pack, charged by Apple or Google. We never see your payment details; the purchase is recorded only on your device and with the store.
  • Game Center (iPhone and iPad). If you are signed in to Game Center, the game sends your scores (for example, games won or level) and your achievements to Apple's Game Center, where they appear with your Game Center alias on the leaderboards. Apple handles this under its own policy; we never receive your Apple ID or email. You can turn it off in Settings > Game Center.
  • Solitario Village leaderboard (Android only). On iPhone and iPad the leaderboard is Game Center and nothing is sent to our server. On Android, to show the world and country leaderboards, Solitario Village sends to our server (hosted on Cloudflare) a random identifier created by the app, an automatic player name ("Jugador" plus the first four characters of that identifier; you cannot type a name), the country taken from your phone's language and region setting (not your location) and your points. We keep these data for up to 12 months after your last game and then delete them. Offline, the game works the same and only the leaderboard fails to load. Apart from this leaderboard and online play (next section), no Village game sends anything to our servers.
  • Data on your device. Your progress, your village and your settings are stored on the phone itself.

Ads and purchases are also governed by Google's and Apple's privacy policies.

Online play and clubs

Euchre Village and, from version 2.1, Club de Mus, Club de Tute, Club de Chinchón, Club de Continental, Club de Truco, Parchís Village and Chinese Poker Pineapple let you play with other people. When you play online, your device generates a random identifier (not linked to your name, email or any device identifier) and sends it to our server (hosted on Cloudflare) together with the nickname and character you choose. Other players see your nickname followed by a four-character tag (e.g. “Edu #A1B2”) derived from that identifier. During a game the server keeps the table state only while the game lasts. If you create or join a club, we store its name, the identifiers of its members and the results of games played at its table for the last six weeks, for the weekly standings. If you report a player we keep the report (nicknames, tags, room or club and reason) for twelve months so we can act on it; if you block someone, you stop seeing them in that room or club. There is no text chat: only predefined phrases and reactions, which are not stored. Nicknames and club names are filtered and any player can report them. You can leave a club at any time; when the last member leaves, the club is deleted. In online games, computer-controlled players are always labelled “BOT”.

Fairway Royale (golf)

It does not ask for an account, email or phone number and includes no ads. Your progress, outfits and clubs are stored on your device. On iPhone and iPad, 1-on-1 duels use Apple's Game Center: Apple matches you with another player and relays your Game Center alias and your shot data between the two phones (we use no servers of our own). If you play against the bot, nothing is sent. Leaderboards and achievements work as described above for Game Center.

This website

We use no cookies, no analytics and we load no fonts, scripts or images from other sites: everything is served from our own domain.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process technical connection data (such as the IP address) to deliver the pages and protect the service. If you write to us, we use your email only to reply.

If this changes

If a game changes what it does with your data, we will say so first on this page, on the store listing and inside the app itself, and we will ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Children

Our games are not directed at children under 13, but anyone can play them: that is why every player sees only non-personalized, family-appropriate ads and we collect no personal data such as name, email or precise location.

Your rights

In the Club games we do not process personal data. In Solitario Village you can ask us for access to, or deletion of, the leaderboard data tied to your identifier by writing to soporte@vaerse.com (tell us the four characters after "Jugador"); uninstalling the app also removes your local identifier. For the data Google processes for ads, see Google's privacy policy. If you have written to us and want your message deleted, ask us there too. For online play and club data, write to us with your nickname and # tag and we will delete it.
