These terms govern the use of Vaerse LLC's games and this website.

Personal use

You may install and play our games on your own devices for personal, non-commercial use.

Content

The games, their artwork, sounds and texts belong to Vaerse and may not be copied, sold or redistributed without permission. The Spanish playing cards are the work of Basquetteur (Wikimedia Commons) and are used under the CC BY-SA 3.0 license.

Cards, chips, in-game coins and buildings have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money.

No warranties

The games are provided "as is". We do our best to make them work well, but we do not guarantee that they are error-free. Your progress is stored only on your device and may be lost if you uninstall the app.

Purchases and ads

The Club games are free and contain no purchases or ads. The Village games are free, show non-personalized ads and offer optional purchases (wheat sacks, an in-game currency with no value outside the game, and the "No ads" pack). Purchases always go through the App Store or Google Play, under their payment, refund and restore terms. Wheat cannot be exchanged for money or prizes.

We may update these terms. The current version is the one on this page.
